CLIENT CARE CO-ORDINATORS - Larry and Susan Woda

Margaret’s husband Larry handles a myriad of critical roles ranging from client contact management to sign and key lock-box installation. Susan, her daughter, processes each transaction between contract ratification and settlement by scheduling inspections and following-up with lenders and title companies to avoid any last minute delays. Larry and Susan know exactly what it takes to keep each real estate transaction running smoothly.


FINANCING CO-ORDINATOR – Bonnie Crandall Hall

When you request financing information, Bonnie will contact you by phone to determine any special circumstances affecting the financing of your home. Then she will evaluate hundreds of loan programs to identify the best financing options for you, whether you are a nervous first time buyer or an experienced real estate investor. If you qualify, Bonnie will issue a loan pre-approval within 72 hours of your first conversation.


CALL CO-ORDINATOR – Pat Colton

Pat receives all inbound calls to Margaret at RE/MAX Vision, whether they are prospective buyers inquiring about properties or people wanting to reach Margaret. It is likely that you will speak with Pat when you call Margaret’s office, and she will greet you when you arrive for an appointment. Sherry Jefferson performs this role on weekends.


TECHNOLOGY CO-ORDINATOR – David Fox

David trouble-shoots operational glitches with computer hardware and software for Margaret and manages her anti-virus and spyware detection systems. Without David’s support, it would be very distracting and timeconsuming to address technology issues impacting Margaret’s website, email communication, MLS, blog, and database management.


APPOINTMENT CO-ORDINATOR – CSS

The professional staff of Centralized Showing Service schedules all showing appointments for Margaret’s listings, verifying the identity of agents and confirming their contact information before notifying home sellers of the showing. CSS promptly follows up with each agent after the appointment to obtain feedback and pass on that information to Margaret for sharing with clients.


OFFICE MANAGER – Faye Johnson

Faye and Broker-Owner Ed White coordinate training opportunities and provide full-time support for Margaret, managing the day-to-day office operations so she and her team can focus on outstanding service to clients. Both Faye and Ed are on-site and accessible to RE/MAX VISION agents and clients alike.
