Severna Park is somewhat unique, in that nearly all the homes in this zipcode are detached single-family homes. There are few, if any, condos or townhomes. Severna Park is located north of Annapolis along the Rt. 2 corridor, about halfway to Baltimore, along the Severn River, and many waterfront neighborhoods and homes wiill be found along the river banks.
