Home financing options
Home financing options are many and varied. Two thing are certain, regardless of the financing you choose: good credit is a pre-requisite and some up-front financial investment will be needed for your down payment and/or closing costs. There are exceptions, of course, but the only way to find out what you qualify for is to obtain a pre-purchase loan approval.
A lender will review your credit history, verifify that you have adequate funds to close, and confirm that you have a reliable source of income before your application can be approved. You might be surprised at how quickly this can be accomplished – the same day, in many cases.
Let me help you explore your financing options and introduce you to local lenders.
